NHCF has been helping homeless & unwed teen mothers & their children transform their lives through a progressive and holistic approach that doesn't simply provide a handout, but a way out.

The Education and Employment Services Program is established to provide vocational and educational screening, workshops, empowerment workshops, individual and group GED, ESL, Adult Education Classes, Computer literacy and job referrals and placement – (Employment Readiness).

NH's Program life changing process starts with food, clothing, counseling, referrals and include vital programs and services develop to break the cycle of abuse, unwed teen pregnancy, homelessness so that women and children who are caught in the cycle can look forward to a brighter future.

The HIV/AIDS Education Program will provide education for prevention, health classes, and intensive counseling for women.

Prevention Programs providing screening, counseling, and referrals for women.

The (SISTA) Program teaches young girls (16-19) about pregnancy, HIV/AIDS and how to avoid high risk behavior through increase knowledge and recognition of their own power in their relationships with potential sex partners.

Children's Program – a fundraising program designed to ensure childcare services for unwed mothers.

The Volunteer Program expands and formalizes a system for processing, orienting training and placing volunteers in NHCF'S programs.

Summer is quickly coming to a close and children are anxiously awaiting their first day back at school. That's why NHCF program hosted its first annual school Readiness Distribution this past Juy. During this event back packs were filled with note book
paper, pencils, erasers needed for school.
